With more than 20 years of film and music experience in over 30 different film productions, ranging from feature films and short films to documentaries, Rich Ho enjoys all aspects of filmmaking.
HEAVENS: THE BOY AND HIS ROBOT is his feature film directorial debut.

Whether it be script-writing, directing, music, or visual effects creation, Rich has been honing his craft and technical skills to make films that are both artistic and commercially entertaining. His working style has also evolved over the years to work inclusively with cast, crew, and post-production artists based in and outside of Singapore. HEAVENS: THE BOY AND HIS ROBOT involved talents who came from different countries across the world, working together in person, or remotely, towards the common vision of the project.

With a focus on storytelling, Rich is also keen to experiment with technology, while employing “old‑school” practical effects tricks, to enhance and complement the story. The result is HEAVENS: THE BOY AND HIS ROBOT – one of the world’s first movies fully created with Graphics Processing Units and real‑time rendering technologies.
