HEAVENS: THE BOY AND HIS ROBOT

[メカバース：少年とロボット] is set in an alternate universe, against a backdrop of a depleted planet Earth that has been partially abandoned after humans successfully established a thriving colony on Mars.
A war between the two planets ensues.

Enter the Mecha Corps Earth –Earth’s elite military force. These customizable robot-fighters are the centerpieces of epic battle scenes, amidst a host of sci‑fi machinery and massive fantasy environments.

At the heart of it all, we see the story of 18 year-old-Kai unfold through his eyes. Separated from his parents at a young age and kept sheltered by his foster parents, Kai begins his personal journey outside the safety of their countryside home to become a Mecha pilot, in hope that no other child would have to suffer loss as he did. Together with his fighter-robot, Little Dragon, Kai must pass the academy’s demanding tests and survive. We embark on a journey with them as they begin an unexpected and special friendship.
